My partner and I have never travelled to Vietnam before so were a little uncertain in how to plan this trip. Reviewing Trip Advisor we noticed good reviews for Halong Luxury so decided to use them. Turned out to be a great choice !!
Kurt, our Travel Consultant was very helpful, providing various options, activities and hotels for our short 7 day holiday, and was very accommodating of our requests to change things and move things around. The hotel Kurt recommended was fantastic as were the activities. Cooking class and food walking tours were great. Kurt also arranged our trip to Halong Bay which was the highlight of our holiday.
Everything was seamless – from airport pick up to drop off.

We were in touch with Chloe after a recommendation from my friend. She did a wonderful job from start to end. She walked us through the itinerary plan in detail. She was very accommodating to our demands. She asked us to fill the visa forms beforehand so that we can easily process our visa during arrival. We were in northern Vietnam for 7 days and 6 nights. All our travel, pickup and guide were fantastic. My husband and I were surprised we had a guide for ourselves. We never felt we were left out clueless at any point during the trip. All of the guides spoke good English and they were very friendly too to give us suggestions to try out the local cuisine. All the accommodation were fantastic too. The cruise suggestion and the train trip to Sapa were beyond expectation. Chloe was in touch with us during the trip and she was very responsive to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and I thank Chloe for making our trip a memorable one. I would highly recommend taking using their service for planning your trip to Vietnam.
